Change in IT/IS related contexts: at the organizational level, I seek to understand how organizations and their IS mutually adapt over the long-term; at the group level, I investigate the flexibility and adaptability of IT routine activities (e.g. IT Support); at the individual level, I explore how IT Specialists (e.g. CIOs) lead, manage, embrace or resist change.
